Roll out the pizza dough as thinly as possible.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the crème fraiche, milk or sweet cream and a good pinch of salt in a bowl and mix until creamy. Place the rolled out dough on a baking tray and spread the cream over it. Now peel and chop the vegetable onion (into pieces or rings – depending on your taste) and put them and then the bacon over the spread dough.
But do the onions first, as they burn easily. Now put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the tarte flambée at 200°C.
Peek every 5 minutes and then remove when desired brownness. Done. Tips: Put baking paper under the dough so it doesn’t stick to the tray and don’t forget to brush the edges so you can enjoy them.
