Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt slowly in a water bath. Grease and flour a springform pan.
Mix the flour, sugar, mineral water, oil, eggs, bitter almond amaretto flavoring, chocolate drops and hazelnuts (the longer you stir, the fluffier the cake will be at the end). Then stir the melted chocolate into the batter.
Now put about half of the dough into the greased pan, top with the amarettini and then the rest of the dough. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Allow to cool, remove from the mold and enjoy.
