🍓 Ingredients

160 grams Tuna pink (drained weight) 📝 🍽
160 grams Mushrooms cut fresh or canned
1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil organic 🍽
250 grams Mascarpone 📝 🍽
1/2 liter Cream 📝 🍽
140 grams Corn kernels (drained weight) 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Heat rapeseed oil in frying pan.

Add the tuna and fry lightly. Add mushrooms (for Louisiana version, add additional corn kernels) and heat. Add cream, season, cover and reduce by half. Then add mascarpone and heat again briefly. Goes well with risotto or spaghetti.
