1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
250 grams Margarine
300 grams Sugar
1 package Baking powder
500 grams Flour
6 Eggs
150 grams Sugar
125 milliliters Milk
150 grams Butter
2 jars Sour cherries or 5 large apples
1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
150 grams Ground almonds or hazelnuts
150 grams Flour

🍽 Instructions

Cream the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one by one and mix.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Finally, add the milk. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and either spread 2 glasses of drained sour cherries on top and press them lightly into the dough or top with 5 large apples (Jonagold, cut into wedges). For the crumble, knead sugar with butter and mix in flour, almonds and cinnamon by hand until crumble forms. Sprinkle over the cake and bake at 200Β°C for about 35 minutes.
