🍓 Ingredients

2 medium-sized Apples
250 grams Low-fat curd cheese (alternative: yogurt)
125 milliliters QimiQ (half pack)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 deciliter Apple juice
possibly Sugar or sweetener
1 tablespoon Liquid honey
possibly Cinnamon for sprinkling

🍽 Instructions

Lightly peel, halve, core and coarsely grate the apples in a bowl with a grater.

Immediately add apple juice, lemon juice and low-fat curd cheese and mix well.

Stir in the honey and season to taste with sugar or sweetener if desired.

Stir room temperature QimiQ until smooth, add and mix well. Arrange in dessert bowls and chill for at least 2 hours.

Dust with cinnamon shortly before serving if desired. Additional information: QimiQ consists of half cream and 1.5% edible gelatine.
