Cream oil with sugar and cinnamon and mix with eggs until foamy, stir in flour mixed with baking powder, starch, nuts and apple juice.
Peel apples and cut into very small cubes and mix in.
Pour the dough into a prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 160° C (test with a stick).
Coat cold cake with glaze: Mix powdered sugar with enough apple juice to make a spreadable glaze.
