Knead the first 8 ingredients for the dough together, then line a greased springform pan with 2/3 of the dough, leaving a rim of about 2 cm high.
For the filling, mix the next 8 ingredients together, including the cinnamon, then add the diced apples and fold in.
Spread everything on the dough. Then fold the remaining third of the dough over the top. Bake in the preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx.
1 hour – if necessary, cover with baking paper halfway through the baking time so that the cake does not get too dark. Allow to cool well.
