Grease cake pan and sprinkle with flour! Foam mixture: Cream soft butter, mix sugar and vanilla sugar, add sugar and eggs alternately, little by little.
(Mixture must be nice and fluffy), add grated (but washed) lemon zest.
Sift flour, then mix with baking powder.
Stir milk and flour into the mixture, spread mixture on a greased, floured baking sheet. Press apricots onto the dough! Bake: Bake cake at 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar!
