Wash apricots, divide in half and pit. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 7 minutes. Fold in flour, poppy seeds and baking powder.
Finally, melt butter and add. Spread the poppy seed mixture on a baking tray, then spread the apricots evenly on top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
