🍓 Ingredients

1 package Vanilla sugar 📝 🍽
300 grams Flour 📝 🍽
350 grams Sugar 📝 🍽
8 Eggs 📝 🍽
1 package Baking powder 📝 🍽
16 grams Butter 📝 🍽
150 grams Poppy seeds 📝 🍽
  Powdered sugar for sprinkling 🍽
1 kilogram Apricot (apricots) 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Wash apricots, divide in half and pit. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 7 minutes. Fold in flour, poppy seeds and baking powder.

Finally, melt butter and add. Spread the poppy seed mixture on a baking tray, then spread the apricots evenly on top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
