Prepare the pizza dough. Roll out on baking paper and place on a baking tray together with the baking paper. Spread the jam on the pizza, sprinkle with the chopped almonds and top with halved apricots. Leave to rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 25 minutes. Serve while still warm with whipped cream.
