250 grams Basmati
1 piece Ghee walnut size
1 pinch Salt
600 milliliters Water boiling

🍽 Instructions

Melt the ghee in a saucepan.

Once the ghee is hot, add the basmati rice and sweat until ‘glazed’, the rice grains tend to take on a different color white. Then immediately add the hot water with the pinch of salt. Stir briefly and continue to simmer on low for about 10 minutes. The water should be completely absorbed by the rice. A heavenly rice pleasure!
