🍓 Ingredients

1 tablespoon Rosemary
3 medium-sized Onions
4 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 Red chili pepper
1 bunch Parsley
1 pinch Salt
3 cans Tomatoes chunky
1 tablespoon Sugar
  Fat for sauteing
1 cup Wine red
1 tablespoon Tomato paste

🍽 Instructions

Chop the onions and sauté them together with the garlic.

Then add tomato pieces, rosemary, thyme, salt, tomato paste and sugar. Pound a little and bring to a boil. Finally, add the red wine, parsley and chopped chili pepper. Leave the sauce on low heat for the pasta cooking time.
