🍓 Ingredients

60 grams Parmesan cheese
1 bunch Arugula
100 grams Ricotta
2 tablespoons Pine nuts or cashews
60 grams Tomatoes dried
4 tablespoons Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
  Pepper
  Salt

🍽 Instructions

Pluck the arugula into small pieces and finely puree all ingredients with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with pasta or gnocchi.
