Soak the skewers for about 1 hour (if they are wooden skewers).
Put the meat on a skewer from one end, push up, wrap around the skewer in a spiral shape, then skewer the other end. For the curry marinade: mix curry with 3 tablespoons oil.
For the paprika marinade: mix paprika with marjoram, pepper and 3 tablespoons oil. Generously coat each of 8 skewers with marinade, cover and let rest in a cool place for 2-3 hours.
Then roast the skewers in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Turn once in between and sprinkle with salt.
On the grill, the skewers need a little less time, you have to be a little careful, otherwise the meat becomes dark and hard.
Arrange on a large plate and sprinkle with parsley.
