🍓 Ingredients

100 grams Bacon
150 grams White bread from the day before
1/2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 Onions
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Chives
1 tablespoon Flour
125 milliliters Milk
  Salt and pepper
as you like Meat broth

🍽 Instructions

Dice white bread. Dice bacon and onions and saute with butter.

Mix with the bread cubes and parsley and chives. Add egg, milk, salt, pepper and flour. Let rest for 30 minutes. Form 12 dumplings and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Serve in meat broth.
