Wash the turkey cutlets and pat dry, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
Dice the onion and fry in the oil.
Add the drained mushrooms and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper and add Cremefine, bring to the boil briefly and pour over the turkey escalopes. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Then sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes. Rice goes very well as a side dish.
