Chop the onion and garlic very finely. Mix the shrimp, onions, garlic and balsamic vinegar together.
Season with a pinch of sugar, the chili peppers and salt. Let the shrimp marinade for half an hour. Then put everything in a hot pan and fry the shrimp in about 5 minutes. Goes great with rice, pasta or as a salad topping. On toasted white bread, the shrimp become a delicious snack.
