1 teaspoon Linseed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
200 grams Barley (naked barley) ground
  Butter for greasing
1 teaspoon Dry yeast
200 grams Yogurt

🍽 Instructions

Frying pan with lid

Mix the dry ingredients and mix well with yogurt,

let rest at room temperature for about 25 min covered with a damp cloth.

Stir again and with wet hands form small balls and place in buttered pan, close lid, place on cold stove top and bake on level three of six possible levels for about 25-30 min until brown from bottom, turn off heat, flip as needed and take the remaining heat of about 8 min.
