Grease the mackerels, cut in half lengthwise, washed and dried, with lard. Then place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven at 180°C.
When the fish are half-fried, drizzle with the sauce. For this, mix the chopped garlic and parsley, season with salt and add a little water. Then drizzle the mackerel with the mixture and finish frying in the oven.
