🍓 Ingredients

100 milliliters Whipped cream
200 grams Feta cheese
150 grams Butter soft
1 clove Garlic crushed
2 packages Basil (frozen)
40 grams Parmesan grated
some Lettuce a few leaves of it to garnish
25 grams Pine nuts toasted to decorate
25 grams Pine nuts toasted ground

🍽 Instructions

Crumble the feta cheese and blend together with butter and cream.

Now stir in the Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic, basil and ground pine nuts. Put the mixture in a bowl lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours. Line a plate with some lettuce leaves, turn the mixture onto it and serve decorated with pine nuts.
