2 bunch Basil
2 Pineapple ripe

🍽 Instructions

Puree the pulp of one pineapple together with 1.5 bunches of basil.

Pour into a metal bowl, freeze for 3 hours, stirring frequently with a whisk. Pour the almost solid sorbet into ramekins, freeze. Peel the second pineapple and divide into wedges, arrange on a plate, turn the sorbet onto it and garnish with basil.
