🍓 Ingredients

600 grams Sugar 📝 🍽
60 grams Basil 📝 🍽
350 milliliters Water 📝 🍽
3 Limes the grated peel and the juice of it
150 grams Egg whites (of about 5 eggs) 📝 🍽
750 grams Yogurt 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Heat the sugar and water on the stove so that the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool. Meanwhile, chop the basil into small pieces.

Once the water mixture is cold, add the basil, lime juice, lime zest and yogurt and mix well. Now beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the basil mixture. Then you can pour everything into the ice cream maker and freeze.
