🍓 Ingredients

30 grams Butter
1 small Onion
400 grams Mushrooms
125 milliliters Sweet cream
1 liter Vegetable broth
1 tablespoon Flour
  Salt and pepper
1 Egg hard boiled
  Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1 Tomato

🍽 Instructions

In the liquid butter, not yet browned, gently fry the finely chopped onions and the sliced mushrooms.

Add the broth and the flour mixed with about 3 tablespoons of water, cook for 5 minutes, add the cream, heat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Before serving, add the chopped egg, the tomato peeled and cut into small cubes, and the parsley.
