Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Put the flour, Brunch Paprika Pepperoni, Ajvar, garlic, oregano and salt in a mixing bowl, add the yeast-water mixture and knead everything together into a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.
Transfer the risen dough to a lightly floured work surface and briefly knead a little.
Then divide the dough into three equal pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough on the lightly floured work surface in an oval shape the length of a baking sheet. Roll in from the long side and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cut the loaves 3-4 times diagonally and let them rise covered for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Brush the risen breadsticks well with water and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
These breadsticks are great for grilling, for fondue or raclette, as a side dish to a stew, for a buffet, or simply spread with some butter or a spread and enjoy!
