🍽 Instructions

Dice meat, slice onions, cut peppers into strips. Heat lard, fry meat for 5 min, add onions. Roast for another 5 min. Add bell bell pepper strips. Mix tomato paste with meat broth and add. Season, braise for 60 min. at low heat.

Stir in cream.
