Peel the onions and clean the peppers. Cut both into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a little hot oil.
When the onions start to become translucent, add the tomatoes and about 100 ml of the water. Now let this boil a little. After about 15-20 minutes, add the rest of the water.
Season the minced meat with the spices before or during the cooking time and form it into small balls. These are now added to the pan.
Now let everything cook until the meatballs are cooked through. To thicken the sauce, you can use either tomato paste or sauce powder – everyone likes it differently. I use half a tube of tomato paste and a packet of gravy. I serve it with rice, which I think tastes best. Perhaps noodles also taste good with it.
