🍓 Ingredients

1 large Egg
3 Pork cutlets a approx. 180 g
  Fat for frying
100 grams Breadcrumbs
  Margarine for the roux
500 grams French fries TK
2 tablespoons Flour for the roux
2 jars Salad (puszta salad)

🍽 Instructions

Turn cutlets in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.

Fry in fat in a hot pan until crispy on both sides.

Melt margarine in a pot and make a roux with flour. Add the stock from the puszta salad to deglaze.

Then add the puszta salad and simmer for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, deep-fry the fries in the deep-fryer at 170 °C for about 10 minutes. Serve everything together. Serve with salad.
