Turn cutlets in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in fat in a hot pan until crispy on both sides.
Melt margarine in a pot and make a roux with flour. Add the stock from the puszta salad to deglaze.
Then add the puszta salad and simmer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, deep-fry the fries in the deep-fryer at 170 °C for about 10 minutes. Serve everything together. Serve with salad.
