🍓 Ingredients

2 Onions 📝 🍽
50 grams Bacon streaky 🍽
1 Garlic clove 🍽
1 large Carrot 📝 🍽
1/4 Celeriac 📝 🍽
1/2 teaspoons Sugar 📝 🍽
250 grams Minced beef (or mixed) 📝 🍽
1 can Tomato peeled 🍽
1/2 teaspoons Salt 📝 🍽
  Parsley chopped 🍽
1/2 teaspoons Thyme 📝 🍽
1 can Mushrooms (250gr.) 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a shallow pan until translucent.

Peel and finely dice the onions, carrot and celery and sauté in the bacon for approx.

2-3min.

Peel, grate or crush the garlic, add to the pot with the minced meat and stir-fry for about 2min. Then add thyme, sugar, salt, tomatoes and mushrooms (with liquid). Stew the ragout over medium heat for about 5 min.
