Cook the sausages briefly (I do this in the microwave, you can also fry them), peel if necessary and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into small pieces as well. Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, add the sausage pieces and sauté until hot.
Then add the broth and simmer for half an hour. Mix water and flour and add to the goulash, bring to the boil briefly.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and the seasoning mix. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
