Peel and chop the onion.
Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut meat loaf into slices. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the slices of meatloaf and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the meat loaf with the onions on both sides.
Spread the tomato slices on the meat loaf and arrange on plates with the onions.
As a side dish you can use fried potatoes or bread.
