🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Cream cheese (Bresso)
1 Shallot
1 clove Garlic small
4 large Tomatoes
  Salt
300 grams Pasta wide
1 pinch Fondor
  Oil (olive oil)
10 leaves Basil
  Pepper

🍽 Instructions

Quarter the tomatoes, finely dice the shallot, and cut the garlic into even finer cubes.

Sauté everything together in a pot in olive oil. Then add the bresso and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper and flavoring. Finally add the basil. During the preparation, cook pasta according to package instructions.
