Separate 1 egg. Now knead the flour, 1 tsp.
salt, 1 tbsp. parsley, margarine, water and the egg yolk into a smooth dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.
Then roll out the dough and line a baking pan lined with baking paper. For the topping, clean the broccoli, divide into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Then drain, reserving the cooking water. Mix the curd cheese with the two remaining eggs, the remaining egg white, milk, 100 ml of the broccoli water and the vegetable stock. Season with pepper, salt and dill.
Now spread the broccoli on the pastry base, top with the smoked salmon and pour the curd-egg-milk over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
