Clean and finely dice the champions. Add 50 g of margarine. Peel and crush garlic and season with 1 tablespoon thyme, salt and pepper. Clean, core, wash and coarsely dice the bell bell pepper. Mix in 50 g margarine, season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Cut the ciabatta bread into slices. Cover one half with the mushroom mixture, the other half with the bell pepper mixture. Bake the bread according to package directions. After baking, sprinkle the mushroom bruschette with the remaining thyme. The paprika bruschette with basil.
