Mix minced meat with finely diced onion, salt, pepper, green pepper, capers, soy sauce, Tabasco, Worcester sauce and egg. Then add a not too sparing shot of cognac and mix the meat dough again.Let rest for 1 hour.
Shape into loaves and fry quickly in oil in a pan or on a griddle until a dark, crispy crust forms.
The meat remains very juicy and flavorful inside. Serve with any garnish.
