Pasta dough:
Mix all ingredients and knead into a firm dough and refrigerate.
Filling:
Fry the bacon cubes in a pan and add the onion cubes, fry briefly and then add the sauerkraut and fry briefly. Then remove from heat. Does not need to be salted further as the bacon cubes are salted.
Roll out the pasta dough into a large square, put the filling on it and roll it up.
Cut into 4 to 5 cm wide slices and place them in a baking dish. Mix the sour cream and the milk and pour it over the pasta. If you want, you can add a pinch of salt, but you don’t have to. Bake for about half an hour at 180°C.
Tip:
Make the dough already in the morning, then it can pull through nicely.
