All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Cream the margarine with the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and salt.
Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir in alternately with the milk.
Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake at 180° degrees for 20 to 25 minutes on the middle rack at top and bottom heat. After cooling, top with fruit as desired and in season and cover with a cake glaze.
