Clean, peel and finely dice the carrots.
Heat honey in a pot, add carrot cubes, turn in it.
Pour 5-6 tablespoons of water, steam carrots in about 15 minutes until soft.
Then finely mash carrots, let cool, mix with cream cheese.
Wash apple, peel, remove core and cut into small cubes. Cut chives into small rolls, add to carrot cream cheese cream with apple cubes.
Season the cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper, fill into a screw jar or a glass jar and chill.
