Cream the butter until fluffy. Knead the sugar and marzipan separately in a small bowl with your hands.
Add the sugar-marzipan mixture to the butter and mix with a mixer for about 20 minutes. Sift in the flour and mix briefly. Form the dough into rolls and press into the cookie press. Grease the baking sheet, pipe cookies onto it and place in freezer for about 5 minutes. Then bake the cookies for 12 minutes at 180°C and remove them from the tray immediately.
