Clean cauliflower, divide into florets and rinse. Cook cauliflower in salted water for 12-15 minutes. Peel and dice onions. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onions and minced meat in it. Then add chili and marjoram and sauté briefly. Pour water and add stock. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in sauce thickener and cook for 1 min. Add capers. Add salt and pepper. Peel, wash and halve potatoes. Boil in salted water for 20-25 min. Drain potatoes and cauliflower and dress everything with the sauce.
