Wash the celery and cut the individual stalks into fine, thin slices.
Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Wash and core the apples and also cut them into small pieces. Chop the walnuts (possibly with a chopping knife) and spread over the fruit and celery. Mix with sour cream and cream cheese and season with lemon juice and sugar. Let stand in the refrigerator for a while. The salad tastes good at any time of day and makes a great party salad.
