Chop the hard-boiled eggs and the sausage nicely. Then mix with the butter, processed cheese and herbs and season a little. Put all the sliced cheese in a plain freezer bag, seal it well (it’s best to seal it) and put it in some boiling water. Meanwhile, place baking paper the size of a baking sheet on the countertop. After about 4 min, the cheese will be completely soft and hot. Now take the bag on the water, cut it open and put it immediately on the baking paper. Make sure that you already run the cheese square on it, because the cheese gets cold really fast. Also make sure that the cheese is evenly thick. Then put the egg and sausage mixture on top and smooth it out.
Then roll up the cheese with the help of the baking paper. Do not press it!
Let the roll cool down. Cut into slices, it tastes great on bread or rolls. It also makes you very full.
Tip: If you double the amount, the roll will be about 25 cm long. It is very much, but can be frozen well.
