Fill a highball glass halfway with crushed ice, add cherry brandy and cherry syrup, stir briefly and top up with seltzer. Garnish with cherries and serve with a straw and spoon.
It is typical for Cobblers that they are always prepared with a lot of ice in the drinking glass, 1/2 to 2/3 full, and garnished with fruit. Preserved fruits are particularly suitable, fresh fruits should be sugared beforehand.
