2 packages Vanilla sugar 📝 🍽
300 grams Margarine 📝 🍽
150 grams Ground nuts 📝 🍽
600 grams Flour 📝 🍽
250 milliliters Milk 📝 🍽
1 jar Cherry 📝 🍽
1 1/2 package Baking powder 📝 🍽
1 package Vanilla sugar 📝 🍽
150 grams Sugar 📝 🍽
180 grams Margarine soft 🍽
100 grams Grated coconut 📝 🍽
200 grams Flour 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Cream together the fat, sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs one at a time, add them and beat until fluffy.

Mix the baking powder with the flour and nuts. Stir in the flour and milk alternately. Spread the mixture evenly on the tray or in the pan. Drain a jar of cherries, place the cherries evenly distributed on the dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl with a hand mixer.

Sprinkle the cake with the crumble. Bake the cake at 180°C. A tray needs about 30 min., in a pan the cake must stay in the oven for 40 min.
