🍓 Ingredients

1 package Gelatinizing sugar 3:1 (500 g)
5 grams Gingerbread spice
1 jar Sour cherries drained weight 350 g
1 liter Cherry juice

🍽 Instructions

Drain the sour cherries, put them in a pot and crush them a little.

Fill up the drained liquid with cherry juice to 1250 ml. Add the juice, gingerbread spice and jelling sugar to the cherries, bring to the boil and cook until bubbling according to the package instructions. Make a jelly test and immediately fill the jam into hot rinsed jars and tightly close the jars
