Make a thin pancake batter from flour, eggs, milk, cherry water and some mineral water.
Bake 8 thin pancakes (Flädle) in hot lard.
Keep the Flädle warm in the oven on a plate at about 80°C.
Mix curd cheese, cherry juice and sugar to a foamy mass and fold in the cherries. Place one Flädle on each of 4 plates, spread each with 1/4 of the quark mixture and cover with the other 4 Flädle!
Dust thickly with powdered sugar and serve immediately hot.
