🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Flour
400 grams Pitted cherrys
250 milliliters Mineral water
250 milliliters Milk
2 Eggs
70 milliliters Oil
1 pinch Salt

🍽 Instructions

Pit cherries and drain.

Beat eggs until foamy.

Add flour, 50 ml oil and salt, and beat together with one-third liquid until smooth. Add remaining liquid and the cherries. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the batter in portions until pancakes are golden brown.

Serve with whipped cream.
