Whisk the eggs and add 1 pinch of salt.
Then stir in the powdered sugar, milk and flour. Leave the pancake dough to stand. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat (hot air: 160°C).
Put some butter in a baking dish and put it in the oven on the middle shelf.
Now take out the baking dish with the melted butter, pour in the pancake batter and add the cherries so that they sink into it. Bake in the hot oven for about 1 hour. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
