Take 5 tablespoons of the cherry juice and mix it with the pudding powder, cinnamon and sugar.
Bring the remaining cherry juice to a boil, stir in the mixed custard powder and bring to a boil. Allow the pudding to cool completely. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the pudding.
For decoration, small dabs of cream and grated chocolate are suitable. It’s super quick to make and tastes especially delicious for children.
Of course, all other types of juice are also suitable for this recipe, I recently tried it with orange juice and that was also delicious.
