Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and place them in a greased baking dish.
Cut the peppers into strips and the onions and tomatoes into slices. Place 2 slices each of tomato and onion on the chicken breast, place the butter cheese on top and sprinkle the spices on top. Put the rest of the vegetables in the baking dish and season them as well. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
