In a greased pan, slowly sauté the shallot and bell bell pepper cubes with the addition of the two spices until both components begin to take on some color.
Then add the already cooked meat cubes with the little broth and continue cooking for 5 – 10 minutes until lightly simmering.
Transfer this mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Place the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees with the grill function and bake until the cheese is lightly browned. Before serving, garnish with the parsley.
